From I 84
Take Exit 39 off I 84. Turn right on Route 4 North-Farmington Avenue. Follow Route 4 North for about a mile to the University of Connecticut Health Center campus.
After you enter campus, take the first left. The Farmington Surgery Center’s parking lot is on the right. Once in the parking lot, bear left to the Surgery Center’s entrance on the upper parking lot level.

From Route 9 North
Take exit 32 onto I 84 West, then follow the above directions.
